1. OPICO Limited is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you.  We strictly adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation in the UK.

The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.

All references in this Privacy Policy to the “website” or “Website” refer to this website dealer.opico.co.uk; to “we”, “us”, “our”, “OPICO” and “opico” refer to OPICO Limited; and to “you” and “your” are to you, the user.

2. When you register for our OPICO Dealer Intranet System we ask you for your OPICO account number, name, email address and phone number. When you register a machine on our OPICO Dealer Intranet System we ask you for the machine’s owner’s information.

3. We use your personal information to notify you of changes to the website and to keep track of who has logged in.

4. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information or the personal information of your customers with any third party for commercial reasons.

5. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK Data Protection Legislation.

We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it.  In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by logging in and then by clicking the My Account button or contacting us by phone or email.
